SHIPPING

Your order will ship within 2 business days of payment received. We will email a tracking number when merchandise is shipped. Unless specified we do not require signatures. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We also offer in store pick up! If you would like to pick up please include a note with your order. Pick up location is 3608 19th St., SF CA 94110

Domestic: We ship via USPS. Free shipping over $75 in the continental United States. Flat rate shipping $8.00 for orders under $75 and shipments destined for Alaska & Hawaii.

NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns within 14 days from receipt of order. Vintage clothing, all accessories and jewelry are not eligible for return. If you would like to exchange or return items, please ensure the item(s) returned are unworn with tags attached and in perfect condition.

1.   Email info@issosf.com about the return or exchange. We will email you a Return Authorization number.

2.   Please fill out “RETURN REASON” along with the Return Authorization number on the packing slip included with the original shipment and place in box. Try to use original packing materials for the return.
